As a Women’s Coach and Reiki Practitioner, I work with mums with a young child/ren to help find Calm, Clarity and start making Progress.
I work with mums to find clarity by:
* teaching strategies to manage overwhelm
* dealing with procrastination
* goal setting and taking that first step
Together we’ll create calm through:
* mindful communication with your child/ren as well as yourself
* learning strategies to manage tantrums
* exploring ways to keep your under 3’s busy.
I also offer Distance reiki as I believe in a holistic approach to coaching.
I have over 15 + years as an Early Childhood Educator, working in a variety of roles as well as being a mother myself, so I come from a place of passion, experience and knowledge.
Cert IV in Live Coaching/Professional Coach – NLP Trained.
