I help executives do the structural work most coaching skips – decoding the identity beneath the performance.
My background is in business management and Ryukyu Kempo, a traditional Okinawan martial art, with a direct lineage. I still study kata, decoding the hidden meaning within – bunkai – the same discipline I bring to decoding the beliefs and narratives running beneath a leader’s operating system.
Most coaching stays at the surface – advice, frameworks, motivation. My work is structural. Clients leave knowing not just what to do differently, but which identity-level pattern was driving the old behaviour in the first place.
This is where Black Belt Leadership comes from. It’s not a metaphor. It’s method.
