By working with her clients using coaching and Neuro Linguistic Programming tools and techniques Lila supports her clients to identify the road blocks and limiting behaviours that are standing in the way of them achieving their goals and dreams.
She has enabled clients to build confident mindsets, turn their lives around, identify road blocks and shed emotions that no longer serve their journey to success.
The subconscious mind is a very powerful tool which can be leveraged to resource a client to achieve their goals, often in ways they had not previously thought about, or identified as options to become successful.
