Even though I am in a position of impact now, it hasn’t always been that way. I started my career at the bottom of the ladder, washing dishes at a theatre restaurant in Battery Point Hobart town in the 1980s. I inched my way up and I made a lot of mistakes.

Before I established this practice, I was CEO and founder of RNS Nursing, a nursing agency established in Noosa, 2001. I grew RNS to become a leader in its niche market Australia-wide, a preferred supplier to Australia’s top healthcare organisations, before setting it up for acquisition, aka my exit strategy. That outcome was successfully and happily fulfilled in the shape of acquisition by the NSW Business Chamber in 2014. Then I took a leap of faith and exited stage right (right for me!) in October 2016 for a Gap Year of exploring wonders of the world and formalising my qualifications in coaching and training.
