To ensure I provide the highest quality coaching, I’ve completed an International Coaching Federation (ICF) accredited Level 2 life coaching program and am currently pursuing my ICF Associate Certified Coach (ACC) credential. This formal training, combined with my extensive experience, allows me to offer a comprehensive and effective coaching experience.
When I’m not coaching, I enjoy planning my next adventure, having explored 38 countries, and spending quality time with my family, including my three grandchildren. These diverse experiences have given me a unique perspective, allowing me to connect with clients on a deeper level and help them achieve lasting positive change.
