I help women who give their all to their work, their family, and everyone else before themselves. The ones who keep going even when they’re exhausted, who find it easier to say “yes” than “no,” who soldier on so that nothing gets missed, and who feel guilty when they finally stop.

I’ve seen too many capable, caring people run themselves to the ground while trying to do everything for everyone else. My work is about helping you break that cycle so you can protect your energy, set healthy boundaries, and feel good about looking after yourself (not selfish!).

I blend evidence-based strategies with a deeply human approach and genuine coaching skills. I will not tell you what to do, and I will not make any judgement on what you have or have not done. My approach is totally non-judgemental.

My goal is to help you redesign your lifestyle and mindset so that you wake up excited for the day ahead, and go to bed satisfied with your day.
