About Gayani
Gayani Ohwofa supports women who feel stuck, unheard, disconnected or emotionally overwhelmed in their relationships, yet deeply desire a healthier and more fulfilling partnership.
Through one-to-one coaching, she helps clients explore the patterns shaping their relationship experiences, including communication habits, emotional triggers, boundaries and relational dynamics. Her work focuses on helping women reconnect with their inner strength so they can show up in their relationships with greater clarity, confidence and emotional steadiness.
Many of Gayani’s clients are capable, high-achieving women who appear to be thriving in other areas of life, yet feel confused, frustrated or powerless within their relationship. Rather than simply helping clients cope with relationship stress, her coaching focuses on developing deeper self-awareness and creating meaningful, sustainable shifts in how clients think, respond and communicate.
Gayani brings together professional coach training with a strong academic background in health. Her approach integrates cognitive behavioural coaching, mindset awareness and Positive Intelligence saboteur work to support lasting internal change.
As a first-generation Australian with Sri Lankan heritage, married to a Nigerian man, she also brings a culturally aware perspective to her coaching. She understands how identity, culture and family expectations can influence relationship experiences and creates a supportive space for clients to explore these dynamics.
Her coaching style is warm, reflective and supportive, while also gently challenging clients to move beyond limiting patterns and create more fulfilling relationships.
