My name is Fredy Namdin, I specialise in family business coaching in particular for those that are going through tough times in business. My work will help them to recover and thrive during tough times. I have more than 10 years experience in managing small family business during which I went through multiple crises myself. Join me in conquering burnout, frustation, and failures – converting them into strength, resilience, and perseverance.
I started my career as an analyst in some of the biggest corporations in Perth such as Bank West, Synergy, and Western Power.
In the last decade or so I have managed my own mining and industrial supplies business, operating on a niche consumables market in one of Perth’s industrial pocket.
More than a decade of experience in the school of hard knocks as a business owner has given me the experience not taught in business schools.
Multiple economic crises and market busts have shifted my perspective on where my life was heading. It made me realised how much I should have done in life. It prompted me to search for a new direction. The one that would allow me to experience my calling to the full and help fellow business professionals.
I felt compelled to work with family businesses, helping them to recover and thrive during tough times. I started to learn about how to do this effectively through professional coaching. After several years of coaching training with Life Coaching Academy I am now a qualified professional coach looking to help others to overcome tough times.
