Course Outcome

Course Overview

The Positive Psychology Coaching Course is a 10-week, online program designed for adults training to become professional coaches with a focus in Positive Psychology. Rooted in evidence-based practices, this course introduces learners to the key theories, tools, and models of Positive Psychology and how to integrate them into effective, ethical coaching conversations.

Participants will engage in live demonstrations, peer practice, and structured coaching conversations with a strong focus on client-centered growth and practical application.

 

Learning Outcomes

By the end of this course, participants will be able to:

  • Understand the foundational principles of Positive Psychology and its relevance to coaching
  • Apply models such as PERMA, VIA Strengths and real coaching conversations
  • Facilitate client awareness around wellbeing, strengths, values, goals, and resilience
  • Practice key coaching skills including powerful questioning, active listening, reframing, and goal alignment
  • Integrate Positive Psychology tools into their own coaching approach with confidence and flexibility
