Start Coaching from completion of your Cert IV in Life Coaching whilst completing the balance of the course to add to your tools and skills and specialise in top level NLP & Executive coaching.
Your enrollment on the course includes all online course materials & assessment fees; so you will have no extra financial outlay – you can just concentrate on you!
You are guided through a series of zoom sessions, webinars and practical group coaching sessions.
Your program includes themed sessions with many opportunities to practice as you learn.
You work in small practical groups of 3, so your learning speed is greatly increased and you benefit from lots of individual attention.

After the Student Support Live Sessions your journey begins with the 11349NAT Certificate IV in Life Coaching.
You are appointed your own Mentor coach who will guide you through your practical component of the program and give you practical, helpful, and experience-based feedback on your coaching skills and development.
In addition you will attend online training webinars whilst completing practical coaching sessions with your coaching team.
- You will complete assessments that are practical outcome driven activities and include a research project, book critique and knowledge questionnaire. To ensure you are exceptionally well prepared for your new direction you will undergo intensive training in the establishing, marketing and planning of your coaching business. The next step of the program is the completion is the NLP Coach Practitioner Certificate plus practical coaching covering 2 Nationally Recognised NLP units.
- The next component of the Executive Master Coach Program consists of six advanced coaching units which are geared to transform you into a multi skilled coach whereby you are able to coach individuals and groups within the realms of Life Coaching and Workplace Coaching.
- Finally, you will complete the 7 units of theBSB40320 Certificate IV in Entrepreneurship and New Business which together with the 3 units already completed in the 11349NAT Certificate IV in Life Coaching will give you an additional skill set as well as knowledge opening the path to becoming an Executive Coach.
- Your program is completed with an Exit Interview which is a coaching session with one of the Academy’s senior coaches. All aspects of the training you have undertaken will be examined at this stage.
