Your course tutor is Kim McNamara, who originally trained with the Life Coaching Academy in 2004 and has enjoyed a successful coaching career. Kim is also an NLP Master Practitioner in Communication and Business Communication, a Hypnotherapist, an mBIT coach and has a Diploma in Psychology. This array of training makes Kim’s courses very well rounded with insightful tips and strategies that are easy to use by anyone. This is an insightful course around stress, stress management and finding balance in a busy world. Through this course you will learn what stress is, how it affects us and those around us, how to identify stress and great tips and tricks on how to eliminate some stresses to build a healthy lifestyle that is balanced in this busy world. Also included in this course is how you could help others to manage their stress as well. Stress is always going to be around us but it is about how we perceive stress and how we then go on to manage and process that stressful situation. At the end of this course you will have a tool box of useful strategies that you can use and teach others immediately.
|Week 1||Introduction and course outline. Student expectations. Explain the concept of stress.|
|Week 2||Our personality, values, introduction into goal setting - so a goal can be made regarding stress and balance.|
|Week 3||Stress: where does it come from? Self esteem and self limiting beliefs that arise from stressful situations.|
|Week 4||Self awareness of ourselves and our perception of stress. Managing those around us. Boundaries.|
|Week 5||Understanding the power of the conscious and unconscious mind, sabotage patterns, meta programs and patterns we may have developed over time.|
|Week 6||Complete a task around balance and how we can create more balance in our lives. Create a personal goal around life balance.|
|Week 7||Learning to live life in congruence to achieve and maintain healthy stress levels and balance.|
|Week 8||Revisit the goal around stress that was made in Week 2 and Balance goal made in Week 6. Discuss issues and blocks around that goal. Learn the circle of excellence.|
|Week 9||Living a life of congruence, personal power and effective decision making to maintain a less stressful life and move forward creating more balance in life.|
|Week 10||Learn the power of future pacing to start to have more control of the future. Revisit goals, review past weeks and bring the 10 weeks learning all together.|
