Your course tutor is Kim McNamara, who originally trained with the Life Coaching Academy in 2004 and has enjoyed a successful coaching career.  Kim is also an NLP Master Practitioner in Communication and Business Communication, a Hypnotherapist, an mBIT coach and has a Diploma in Psychology.  This array of training makes Kim’s courses very well rounded with insightful tips and strategies that are easy to use by anyone. These courses are a great way to learn as you go, implementing new learnings throughout the course while having a coach that can guide you through blocks you might want to discuss along the way.

Navigating New Beginnings: Leadership & Success is a transformative six-week journey designed specifically for new entrepreneurs like you who are eager to break free from limiting beliefs and embrace a future filled with leadership, empowerment, and success.

Throughout this course, you’ll delve deep into the subconscious patterns that may have held you back, exploring the old belief systems and money stories that keep you stuck. You'll learn how to affirm new, empowering beliefs that align with the successful entrepreneur you’re destined to become. With a focus on stopping self-sabotage and creating a mindset of energy, ease, and flow, you'll gain the tools to navigate your entrepreneurial journey with authenticity and confidence.

By the end of this course, you'll have a solid foundation in leadership, a fresh perspective on success, and a renewed sense of purpose, ready to lead your business with the clarity and confidence you need to thrive.

  • Week 1
  • Overview of course & introductions. The students will fill out a questionnaire for themselves so they can gauge where they are now on their entrepreneurial journey which will highlight the successes and also the gaps to work on in the coming weeks.
  • Week 2
  • Belief patterns around creating your own business identity and personal identity. Explore what holds us back from showing up as our authentic selves & potential sabotage patterns.
  • Week 3
  • The student will explore old money stories and patterns that may by holding them back at an unconscious level. Learn tips and tricks to create new money stories.
  • Week 4
  • The student will create their own success story and learn how to create powerful future pacing. We will also look into prompts that we can set up while trying to change an old story to a new empowering success story.
  • Week 5
  • Learn how to master your own energy and motivation, creating tips and strategies to reset so you can get the best out of your working time.
  • Week 6
  • We will explore the power of community, collaboration and attracting the circle of people you want to be around including the clients you want to attract. Explore going forward what leadership will look for you. Wrap up the 6 weeks and bring it all together.
